Refund & Returns Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your item/s. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchased item/s, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

Items procured at your request will not be refunded.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging, are subjected to inspection, and all paperwork, including a copy of your invoice. Allow 5 days for processing. Items purchased from us online can be returned by hand at our premises.

We reserve the right to modify our returns policy as our business needs require.
